The fruit for this wine comes from two vineyards:
The “Heaven and Earth” vineyard located eight miles from the Pacific and the Red Car Estate Vineyard a mere 3.7 miles from the cool waters of the Pacific Ocean.
The 2019 Red Car Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir is small production (600 cases) and carefully crafted. Look for notes of dark cherries, mulberries, dried herbs, and spice. With the proximity to the ocean, there is also a hint of salinity.
